LIGHT FIXTURES

Uninstalled fixtures that are still in their original packaging are eligible for store credit when returned within 14 days with receipt. The customer is still required to pay the shipping costs of returning the item.

STORE MERCHANDISE

Goods purchased in-store are eligible for store credit when returned within 14 days in their original packaging with receipt.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Once custom orders have been processed and begun, they cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Some handmade items may slightly vary in size and color - this variability is to be expected as it adds to the uniqueness and the quality of custom pieces.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Each product sold is expressly warranted and replaced by manufacturer directly. We can offer proof of purchase & date only. We are not responsible for any labor costs incurred for the installation or replacement of manufacturer's merchandise. We will communicate any product deficiency to manufacturer and secure replacement items in a timely manner.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Sale and clearance items are considered final-sale items that cannot be returned.
