Return Policy

Merchandise purchased from Illuminée may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days from delivery or in-store purchase. In-store purchases must have physical receipt or the purchase may no longer be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be properly packed and in brand-new, unused condition to be eligible for return. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Returned items that arrive damaged to our locations will not be accepted. Merchandise that has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way does not qualify for return or refund.

Please contact us at customersupport@illuminee.com to initiate a return and receive your RMA number prior to returning the product.

In the event merchandise is received damaged, please contact customersupport@illuminee.com with 48 hours of delivery with images of damage. If we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.  

If a return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you directly, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that all items requiring assembly or shipping freight, sale items, open box items, special and custom orders, light bulbs, and lampshades are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds 

Refunds will not be issued unless the item is received damaged. Please inspect items upon arrival and email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. If a refund is approved we will send a refund confirmation email with return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
