George Nelson presaged the blurring of home and work, with many of his pieces working equally well in each setting. The Nelson X-Leg Table (1950) is no exception. A long, rectangular dining table can serve as a group workspace in one moment and a dining table in the next. It features a wood-veneer or laminate top, and its steel legs are fitted with adjustable glides for uneven floors. This is the authentic Nelson Dining Table by Herman Miller.

Materials: Walnut veneer, santos palisander veneer, or white laminate top (last has ash veneer edging) with tubular steel legs in a trivalent chrome or powder-coated finish and adjustable floor glides
