Shipping and Delivery

Illuminée ships within the 48 contiguous United States. Our team does our very best to ship your items with the greatest care and speed available to us. For now, all lead times remain within 2-8 weeks, unless specified differently by the vendor. Lead times will vary and are dependent on vendor stock and availability. If your items are available to ship earlier, we will release your order without delay.

Standard Delivery

We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $100, and a flat rate delivery fee of $10 will be applied at check out for all orders under $100. 

Please note the following about our standard delivery option:

  • Items ordered together may not ship together.
  • Larger shipments 
    • Arrive by freight delivery and will typically arrive on a wooden pallet. 
    • These shipments will be dropped off in front of your home or at the end of your driveway.
    • This service does not include bringing items into your home, set up or assembly of items, or removal of packaging materials. Please plan accordingly and have help on hand to bring heavier items inside. 
    • We do not recommend standard shipping for larger, heavier shipments.

White Glove Delivery

We recommend all heavier items be shipped with our $195 flat rate white glove delivery option due to size, weight, and/or fragility. This option can be selected at checkout. 

White glove delivery includes:

  • Delivery of all items to their final destination within your home. 
  • Unpacking, assembly, and removal of all packaging and cartons.
  • Courier assumes all responsibilities for damages incurred during delivery and set-up.
  • Note: If you have more than two flights of stairs, there may be a surcharge – please let us know at the time of order in the order notes at checkout.

This service is well worth the fee, and we highly recommend you take advantage of this option for all larger shipments and orders of greater value.
