We offer flexible delivery options tailored to the size, weight, and fragility of your order and ship within the 48 contiguous United States. You'll see the available options for your order at checkout. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately and that some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery.

Delivery pricing is as follows but there may be some exceptions.*

Standard Small Parcel Delivery is $14.99 for orders under $99.**

Doorstep Delivery is $69 per product with a $399 max.

White Glove Delivery is a flat rate of $299 on top of original shipping fees with a $698 max.***

*Orders from some vendors will be calculated as a percentage of the pre-tax order value, using the original price of the item.

**Cutlery shipped internationally is exempt from our standard small parcel delivery fee. For cutlery orders shipped internationally, your shipping cost will be $29 for orders under $250.

**Please note that there may be additional charges for White Glove Delivery orders from more than one vendor. Please contact us for more information if needed.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items that can be delivered via UPS or FedEx qualify for standard shipping. Orders that ship with Standard Shipping will include tracking information, which will be supplied in our shipment confirmation email. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Freight Delivery

Larger items, such as furniture, will ship via freight delivery. We offer two freight delivery services.

Doorstep Delivery

Doorstep Delivery shipments will be delivered in front of your home or at the end of your driveway in its original packaging by one of our third-party carriers. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex, your order will be delivered to your building's front entrance.

Please note that this service does not include a scheduled appointment, bringing items into your home, unpackaging, assembly, or removal of packaging materials. To ensure the safety of your order during transit, some items may be delivered on a wooden pallet. If you choose the doorstep delivery option, please plan accordingly and have help on hand if necessary to bring heavier items inside. If you require additional service with your order, we suggest upgrading to the White Glove Delivery option.

White Glove Delivery

We recommend all heavier items be shipped with our white glove delivery option for the easiest and most convenient setup within your home. This delivery option can be selected at checkout.

White Glove Service is a premium delivery option that includes a scheduled appointment, unpacking and assembly, room placement and removal of packaging. Please note that White Glove Delivery does not include any structural modifications, electrical work or the disposal or moving of existing furniture. White Glove Service does not include unpacking, assembling, or installing wall-mounted furniture or accessories or apply to lighting fixtures. Please allow an additional 1 to 4 weeks for white glove delivery services depending on the delivery location. Courier assumes all responsibilities for damages incurred during delivery and set-up.

Please note that if you have more than two flights of stairs, there may be a surcharge. Please let us know at the time of order in the order notes at checkout if this is the case.

Items that are Unable to be Delivered

If your order is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees or return shipping fees. Some examples of this may include if you are unable to sign for the delivery, among various other situations. If you will be unable to sign for delivery, please contact us immediately, and your local post office may be able to hold the package for you for up to 5 business days.

Refused Shipments 

Any order that is in transit and refused upon delivery is subject to a 50% restocking fee and any shipping expenses incurred.
