How it Works

• Wake Up – Ease into the day with light that gradually shifts from warm to bright, cool light for a natural awakening, reducing grogginess and improving alertness.
• Wind Down – Experience a gradual dimming of warm light before bed, and choose from seven calming sleep sounds for a relaxing nighttime routine.
• Sleep Schedules – Schedule daily wake up and wind down times to promote regulated sleep patterns. Configure settings on the lamp body or in the Tala App.
